Scotty #478 Rocket Launcher Bottom Pivot Rod Holder is a fully adjustable rod holder with over 9" of composite construction, accommodating all rods. Rocket Launchers swivel 360 degrees, tilt up and down, including upright for rod storage when travelling. The #478 includes the #344 Round Flush Deck Mount. This mount has a sealed base for watertight applications, such as, kayak decks, and includes a splash cover. Mounting Dimensions are 4" x 2" x 2"; Bolting Dimensions are 1 5/16" x 3 3/16". No stainless steel sleeve included on this model. Refer to Scotty #473 for stainless steel version.
